It’s Decision Time – Will a Final Play Call be Made on Health Care Reform?

It’s been over 2 ½ years since President Barack Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) into law.  The law has not been without controversy.  The U.S. Supreme Court weighed in on the constitutionality of parts of the law this past summer and additional lawsuits are pending.

Our country is in a time of uncertainty while we await election results and subsequent action.  One thing that is certain is heath care reform is the law and it will happen – but in what form and what will be the impact?

So many have been sitting on the sidelines uncommitted about what to do next, as the two political parties have drastic differences in their approach to health care reform.  Health care reform may have numerous changes under a new Administration, but employers are advised to prepare to meet the regulations until such time as a new direction is enacted.

WA will continue to help you run the best possible plays and get you off the sidelines and into the game – no matter what play is called.
