Property & Casualty Insurance Agent


Winona Agency/WA Insurance Group is looking for both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Sales Professionals. These individuals assist clients with risk exposures and insurance coverages.

  • We have physical locations in Winona and Rochester, MN and we are growing.
  • The ideal candidate would have successful past insurance sales experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
  • This person must have the ability to develop prospects through a defined sales process with the end goal of having prospects become clients.

Commercial Lines Account Manager


Winona Agency is proud to be 100% Employee Owned. We are currently seeking new owners to join our team in various positions. The position of Commercial Lines Account Manager provides excellent customer service to WA clients by assisting them with their insurance needs. We have opportunities in our Winona, MN home office or Rochester office but are willing to provide work from home opportunities for the right candidates.
  • A qualified candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty insurance; preferably 3-5 years of experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products
  • Must have strong keyboarding skills (50+wpm)
  • Able to give stellar customer service and have experience working with large corporations.
  • Experience using AMS 360 is a plus

Primary duties include:

  • Responding to client questions & needs
  • Processing policy changes
  • Preparing insurance renewals for submissions

Personal Lines Service Agent


Winona Agency is proud to be 100% Employee Owned. We are currently seeking new owners to join our team in various positions. The position of Personal Lines Service Agent provides excellent customer service to WA clients by assisting them with their insurance needs. These positions are based out of our Winona, MN location.

  • Candidates must have stellar customer service skills and at least 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Winona Agency will train and license the right candidate.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products

  • Experience in insurance and using AMS 360 is preferred but not required

  • Review current client coverages and complete risk analysis to suggest lines of coverage to fill possible gaps
