Betty joined Winona Agency in 1987 after graduating from Southeast Minnesota Technical College. She also has obtained a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designation. She provides customer service for personal insurance clients. Betty has been active in the Boy Scouts and is a member of Women in Business.
