Jim has a Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He joined Winona Agency as an Account Manager in the Employee Benefits Department in 1997 with 8 years of prior insurance experience. He’s a past President of the Winona Kiwanis Club and is active in Parent Groups and Organizations at Winona Senior High School. He is also Meals on Wheels Volunteer.
